Terms of service

Article 1 – Parties

Seller: Bilge Altıntaş (Aksheya), +90 551 212 97 06, info@aksheya.com
Buyer: the person whose name, address, phone and email are entered at checkout on aksheya.com.

Article 2 – Subject

This agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the parties, under Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation, for the sale and delivery of the products below ordered electronically on aksheya.com.

Article 3 – Products, price and payment

The products ordered, their quantities and prices are listed in the order summary and the order confirmation email; all prices include VAT.

Shipping is paid by the buyer and shown at checkout. Payment is made with the method selected at checkout.

Article 4 – Delivery

4.1 The products are delivered with HepsiJET to the delivery address given by the buyer. 4.2 Delivery is made within the legal limit of 30 days from the order. 4.3 If delivery becomes impossible, the seller informs the buyer within 3 days and refunds the full amount within 14 days. 4.4 Made-to-measure pieces are tailored to the buyer’s measurements.

Article 5 – Right of withdrawal

5.1 The buyer may withdraw within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason, by notifying info@aksheya.com in writing. 5.2 Items must be returned unused, with their tags and original packaging; return shipping is paid by the buyer (HepsiJET scheduled return, ₺100 + VAT). 5.3 The price is refunded within 14 days of the withdrawal notice. 5.4 The right of withdrawal does not apply to made-to-measure items or items whose hygiene seal has been opened.

Article 6 – General provisions

6.1 By approving this agreement the buyer confirms having read the Preliminary Information Form and understood the main features, price and payment of the products. 6.2 The seller is responsible for defective goods under Law No. 6502. 6.3 The e-invoice is sent to the buyer’s email address.

Article 7 – Disputes

Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are competent within the limits set by the Ministry of Trade. Complaints can be sent to info@aksheya.com.
