Shipping is paid by the customer and shown at checkout.
You may withdraw within 14 days of delivery by notifying us. Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are paid by the customer (Hepsijet return by appointment, ₺100 + VAT). Made-to-measure items cannot be returned. See our Cancellation & Returns policy for details.
