How much is shipping?
Shipping is paid by the customer and shown at checkout.
How does made to measure work?
Choose “Made to Measure” as the size on the product page and enter your measurements; your piece is tailored for you in our atelier. If needed, we’ll get in touch after your order.
What are the return and exchange conditions?
Under Turkish distance-selling regulations, you may withdraw within 14 days of delivery by notifying us. Items must be unworn, with tags attached, in their original packaging and sent with the invoice. Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are paid by the customer; returns are made with a Hepsijet return code by appointment (₺100 + VAT). Made-to-measure items cannot be returned.
