Shipping

Orders are shipped from our atelier in Bursa with HepsiJET.

Shipping is paid by the customer and is shown at checkout before you place your order.

Once your order ships, we email you the tracking number and tracking link. You can also check your order status without an account on the Order tracking page.

Made-to-measure pieces are tailored to your measurements in our atelier; we will be in touch about the process.

For returns and exchanges, shipping is paid by the customer (HepsiJET scheduled return, ₺100 + VAT). See our Cancellation and Return Policy for details.
